VAG Babe of the month!

So it's March, and pretty much nothing much official to post about. So this one goes for a random post (Until next update that is).

Ever thought if we would nominate who's VAG Babe of every month? Maybe, or maybe not.

Well I supposed to make votes for this one, but I had to make an exception because the worthy babe really that.. well, good! This one got the moves, the hands to be the babe of the month, and the most soughtafter babe in VAG Club Brunei.

After careful consideration and being awhile looking at this babe's work, the Official Babe of this month goes to:

Babe Yuswi

For his amazing skiwws (Skills) and what a work of art he can do. Check out this babe's work, lol:

Now that's hot! You deserve the title until the end of April. Hehe, kidding bro! ;)

Please visit: PerfectShine for more pictures and information. Book one in and make your ride, PerfectShine!

P/S: I had to ask Faz for that sexy pic, lol. Sorry Yus, pun intended. :p

APR Stage 4 Development: Video

Warning: Getting that irresistible feeling of wanting more power and boning after watching the video is normal. Please consult GoAPR.com if problem persists.

Oh, and yes it does go from 0-300km/h in "ZUUUUUUWAHHHHHH!" seconds.

The contents of the kit is still yet to be confirmed. Sources says it would be based on the Stage 3 kit (So that's GT2871R, or could be the lovely GT3071R?) but along with uprated cams and the rest of the internals suited for even more aggressive mapping.

So yes to all 2.0 TFSI, wanting to have "better than the R8" Powah? This is the kit for you.

Some might be wondering what are the contents of the current APR Stage 3 Components?

These:

It may always be a dream to get this kit, but you know you've got nothing else to lose once this kit is in your hands. Gotta love quality APR products!

Props to APR!

Transmission rebuilt kits for VAG Mk.4 Platform

This affects all of the following vehicles:

- Volkswagen Jetta 1.6 SR (1998-2005)
- Volkswagen Golf 1.6 SR (1998-2005)
- Seat Leon/Toledo 1.6 SR (2000-2005)
- Seat Toledo 1.8 20V (2000-2005)
- VW Beetle 1.6, 1.8T A/T (2000-2005)

So you have a Automatic Gearbox and you're experiencing gearbox problems? Slipping gears during warm weather, or during cold starts?

Precision International offers and rebuilds the dreaded 01M Transmission parts that meets/exceeds OEM Specifications. These gearbox as some owners may realise, they are actually prone to failure right about 150,000km or more without servicing the Transmission Oil.
Basically what causing these gearbox to fail is that VW stated on their TSB that these 01M gearbox comes with a lifetime fluid in the gearbox. Well apparently, they were wrong. Thank god VW revised the gearbox on Mk.4 and started to improvise and implement a better gearbox starting on Mk.5 onwards and learnt their lesson.

Don't spend on second-hand gearbox that'll cost you more, or heck spend arm and legs to get a new gearbox. Replace your whole gearbox internals with these new parts. From Pistons to Friction Plates, it has everything you need to make your gearbox behaves and acts like new again.

The rebuild kit costs $600 alone (Without 6x Qrts of ATF & Labour Charges). I'd say it'll probably finishes @ $1,100-$1,200 having to get everything done, but still better than having to spend thousands of dollars for the same parts. Not forget to mention labour costs that might reeks up to probably $2,000-$3,000 dollars.

Selling just the rebuild kit @ $600. If interested, drop me a text @ 8888121.

Volkswagen Polo GTI Debuts in Geneva

"Looking for something and feels like the Mk.6 Golf GTI, but smaller?"

At this year’s Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland, Volkswagen have officially launched their new Polo GTI to the world. Slated as the most economical and the safest Polo to day, the new model loses the 1.8 TSI or 2.0 TSI engines in favor of a smaller, but more powerful, twincharged 1.4 TSI that churns out nothing less than 178 hp @ 6,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 249Nm (184 lb-ft) between 2,000 rpm and 4,500 rpm.

So how does that perform when in race mod? Apparently the new Polo GTI goes naught to 100km/h in just 6.9 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 229 km/h. And all these happen while it still delivers a rather low 5.9 litres per 100km (47.8 mpg imp / 39.8 mpg US) fuel consumption and 139g/km of CO2 emissions.

Fitted with ESP, ABS, anti-slip regulation (ASR), front passenger airbags and head-thorax side airbags, the new Volkswagen Polo GTI borrows the XDS system from the Golf GTI to improve handling by reducing understeering, and uses a McPherson front suspension and semi-independent rear suspension combination.

Other features include LED daytime running lights, corner marker lights, cornering lights, bi-xenon headlights, an electrically operated panoramic tilt/slide sunroof and dual chrome tailpipes.
Like what you’re seeing, the new VW Polo GTI should begin selling this May in Germany, with other European countries and Japan following suit.

Hope to see these on Brunei Roads, if they're even coming that is. If price competitively, it'll blow-out the competition from other car makers.
